25th Anniversary In-Person Gathering

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our in-person gathering this summer, from July 11–13, 2025 on the beautiful campus of Wellesley College in Wellesley, MA. Wellesley College was one the original Davis UWC Scholars Program Partner colleges, welcoming the first Davis UWC Scholars back in 2000, and we’re very excited to be gathering there this summer. Information about the gathering can be found below, and we will be updating this site as more details become available. See you soon!

Schedule

We are still finalizing the schedule for the weekend, and will post it here once it’s finalized. For travel planning purposes, know that the conference will begin on Friday, July 11 at 4:30 p.m., and will end on Sunday, July 13 at 11:45 a.m.

Hotel

We have secured a limited number of rooms at a discounted room rate at the Verve Hotel in Natick, MA, which is approximately 12 minutes away from Wellesley’s campus. Rooms with king beds are $179, and rooms with two double beds are $199, not including taxes and fees. To reserve a room at the Verve with this discounted rate, please call reservations at 1-800-Hiltons and ask for the room block at the Verve for the Davis UWC Scholars Program 25th Anniversary, or you can reserve your room online using this link.  We will have a shuttle service to take people from the hotel to Wellesley College and back again throughout the weekend. Note that the discounted rate is available Wednesday, July 9 through Monday, July 14, 2025. We expect that these discounted rooms will sell out, and so we recommend you reserve your room as soon as possible!
